Hey Kim - 93 Brand rashguard normally come in women's sizes as well. Unfortunately this one didn't, but most future ones will.

Yeah buddy, just got mine. 93 brand makes some good stuff. Intrigued by the 7/8 sleeve.
it is really nice. i picked up a couple of their collaboration with Meerkatsu and am very happy with them. no bunching up at the bottom and they come about as high as your gi sleeves on your wrists.

I'd say XL is a more comfortable choice, though a Large would get you a snug compression fit. I'm 6'2" 180-185 lbs and I prefer the XL, granted I like a slightly relaxed compression fit.
Do these run on the large or small side? Being 150 lbs at 5'8" tends to put me at the cusp of small and medium.
These are on the snug side. Medium should work for you pretty well.
