im at the end of fitting into A2 at 6' and 190ish lbs. any one knows about this gi's shrinkage? or should i go A3 to give room for shrinkage?
I would say A3 is a much better choice, in order to allow for shrinkage.
why do you never have Gis in 5A for us bigger people

As long as they're a 'weave' style ripstop, it's approved. If it's a thin ripstop like that of your Gi pants, then it won't work. But heavier, woven type ripstop like Koral Light and JJPG Ripstop, totally legit.
