i like the one long sleeve of manto that i have, maybe a bit tight in the shoulders but it does not effect me at all

Haven't bought this brand before. Lovin' the rash guard. I'm 6'4'' @ 225lbs. XL, maybe?
If you like the super tight fit, XL would be the way to go. But in my opinion the XXL would also work, just not as skin tight.
