I bought these last time around. I'm 5'7", 185-190lbs. Large fits me great. Just a tad long but not a problem at all. I really like them. really comfortable.
I fight at 145 but walk around 165ish at 5'7. I'm normally a S in spats but I'm up in the air with sizing. Ideas?
If there's a 20 lbs difference between your walking around weight and your fight weight, then you'll need to decide if you want to wear these for fights or for training :) Small for 145 pounders, Medium for 165ers.

prob depends on how you want em to fit...if you want em more snug and maybe a little tight medium, if you want em a bit loose and maybe a little long so bunchy go large
I'm 5'9 170-175 and have these in medium. I like the way they fit, a good snug. They have 1-2 inches extra length, so a M would probably be good for you.
Yea Medium is the way to go, unless you have exceptionally thick legs.
