Just cold wash and hang dry. You should be fine.

I'm 5'11" and ~175. Length is good, but i have a LOT of room. I wash it in hot and tumble dry on high without worries. You should be good with cold wash and hang dry

I already have another Gi by Fuji, do they tend to all run the same size across the lines?
