I wouldn't recommend A3 unless it's A3H. You're a squashed size like me. 5'10" 240lbs. Not a big waist but I have thick powerlifter thighs. Everything fits except the pants around my thighs. You'll probably need an A4 and then get it tailored to your needs. I don't see an A3H on this particular sale.
