I placed an order for the tatami Gen x no gi shorts before it ended and didn't get a conformation number or email and I placed it 4 times and got charged 4 times for it I would like to know if I'll get my shorts or a full refund of my money this is not fair to me

Tatami Gen X No Gi Shorts

I just placed an order for the shorts and didn't receive a conformation number or email and tried to order it again 3 more times and still no conformation and now I check my bank account and got charged 4 times and still I don't have any proof that I ordered anything what's up with that please help me I only wanted one order not 4 and a conformation number to track my order
