Vo2 "Iron Fist" BJJ Grip Trainers (Pair)

I don't own these - I own the Scramble equivalent - so I can't speak to the build quality, but as for practicality/usefulness, I'll say that they add a whole new level of "damn-this-sucks" to my workouts.
