To anyone from the previous day's HQ wall with a customer service issue re: mis-shipped item or order fix etc: Our apologies for the carrier issues and uncharacteristically slower-than-usual reply rates; we're simultaneously going through some unexpected CS staff changes (losing team member / now trying to train replacement) unfortunately right in the middle of an already in-motion change in our warehouse arrangement... Double whammy. To be clear Id like to acknowledge the unusually higher instance of hiccups. Slower replies is not something we consider acceptable (and will not be the norm). In the meantime as of tonight we're adding some non-CS staff to emails in order to catch up on all outstanding issues... and will be tackling any problem orders between now and tomorrow afternoon. Maybe slow down on the rolling deals until all of your customers have received the things they've paid for?
Cool idea but poor design for this rash guard. I would purchase if they did a re-design.
Not a fan of the baseball 3/4 style color arrangement? Or just the loudness of the rashie itself? There was a black base-color option on the table but we opted to go bold with this one. Open to feedback though, as a re-release may be in the cards (short sleeve).
it's the colors for me. I don't like the gold'ish color.
It's the color scheme, would have been better if it was all one color, either black or yellow. The black on the sleeves with the yellow don't look good. A short sleeve version with just one color on the shirt would be good. The lettering can be colored, that's fine. Just my two cents..
Bro... what is going on with ACILogistix? I haven't sent you guys an email because I figured best not to add to all the annoying complaints; however, their ship center is NJ and I'm from NY and I still haven't gotten my order BJJ892716 from the 28th. If my orders won't get here by February, I'd prefer a refund since I'll most likely just buy my school's gear instead. Hang in there BJJHQ! I believe in you guys
