I placed an order on December 5th that still hasn't arrived. I also placed orders on December 3rd and 19th, both of which have arrived. The order placed on the 5th is marked as shipped but never populated in the USPS informed delivery portal like all other items I have purchased here have. Please provided tracking information and an update on where my gi is.
