I meant to order the L last nights is now sold out, I'm 5'9" 170lbs but cut weight down to 155 should I go for the M or is that too small
I got it last time. I'm 5'9 185 and L fits perfect. I would think 30lbs lighter a M would fit
5"9 153lbs I prefer A tighter fit so would do these run larger or smaller most the time I would get a medium but I've had a few times where mediums were too big

Wait, so is the actual product black or white then? And L being 160-185 seems like a huge range. I'm ~175, should i go with L or M?

Large should be fine for you. Also FWIW: 25 lbs is a typical range (the smallest range being 20 lbs, while many ranges are up to 35 lbs), as the poly/lycra blend is extremely flexible.
I'm 5'8 and 195. If I get the XL, is it going to be way too long in the body and sleeves?
The Large will be sufficiently long and, worst case, might wrinkle a bit at the cuff. The torso part won't be an issue, as virtually all rashguards include extra wiggle room in the length (to prevent riding up your stomach while you roll).
