do what I used to do and on Saturdays have a large cold brew and a zyn and hit the penjamin 5 times before a long gi class and you'll have the most fun you've ever had in your whole life, then a cold plunge and sauna and açaí bowl afterwards and you're all good

flow makes the best gi's. I don't even like doing traditional BJJ but I like my Flow gi so much I actually have fun doing a class once a week now
