I have this bag in blue and love it
Last tatami bag I bought on BJJHQ came with screwed up zippers, bjjhq didn't replace and neither did tatami.
Did you email bjjhq support? What is your order number ?
Yeah that blue one began coming apart after one frickin' week, starting with the shoulder strap.

You never responded to our email, so no action was taken. We take quality control seriously here at BJJHQ and we do what we can to handle any possible defects in a timely manner. It is also important to note that you have been deliberately disrespectful when emailing us handling an issue, i.e. using profanity. (reference the email you sent on DEC 6TH, 2017 AT 10:19AM).
