Tatami Omega Backpack

The last tatami bag I bought on here arrived with zippers that don't work..

I contacted CS and they said to give them my order # and info and they would fix it, so I did and then I never heard back..

I contacted them again, and the same order of events happened....I gave up after that, now I just deal with my stuff falling out of it wherever I go..
