Benjamin, IDK who you roll with but I always have fresh gi on and fresh coconut and tea tree oils, which are both anti microbial/bacterial, in my beard. Your bearded gym partners need to step up their game.

Honestly I roll no-gi 95% of the time. The only bearded dude there is a stinker. Guess I shouldn't extrapolate from that. I can say most of the men in the office who are bearded don't appear to take maintenance too seriously.
