I am 180lbs 5'9" with 44" chest and 33" waist. I have bought 4 rashguards at XL and they all fit tight around the chest and somewhat loose around mid section. I don't have this one yet but expect same results.
The XL PunchTown rashguard will be just as snug if not a little more (they run athletic).
5'7" 150 - right on the border line...will Medium work or be too big?
Medium should be fine. If you like a looser, more relaxed fit then a Large would likely do the trick as well, since these have a pretty snug fit.
I wonder if they'll bring back the punchtown ode to the Dragon in long sleeve?

If you normally wear Mediums, I'd say go up to a Large since these run on the athletic side. A bigger belly might mean you need the longer torso length of the Large (so it doesn't ride up).

im around 5' 11" and at 167lbs and i get a medium. This is going to be my second punchtown fracture rash guard. It fits me perfectly.

Medium should offer a perfect compression fit for anybody around your range. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, a Large will work too, without being excessively baggy or long.
id say at medium it over lapped my shorts by about 2 inches. i can raise my arms above my head and not show any stomach. Not to mention that shirt it self has inner rubber seams that help prevent the shirt and sleeves riding up.
I bought the XL last time and it was too tight. Was hoping you would have an 2XL this time but no :/
