I have the white and black versions of this; one of my favorite gis. The pants don't shrink hardly at all, they are ripstop; the top doesn't shrink much either for me, but I ALWAYS wash cold and hang dry until I've washed them a dozen times or so, then I hot wash and hang dry, so I rarely get much shrink anyways.

I am 6'3 225, and wear the A4- fits great. top has some room still, but pants are perfect length. Fuji for me has always been a pretty spot on fit for their size charts; with not much shrink. I have the 2 of these model, and 2 of the Kassen II; and they both fit just as the size chart says, and not much shrink if you cold wash/hang dry for the first dozen or so washes.

i wear an A2 in the 93brand standard issue gi and it fits perfect. i noticed the sizing chart for fuji shows it being a little smaller than 93s sizing chart. should i stick with a2 or size up to a3?

I'm 5'8" 230 and I always go a size up in HEIGHT bc you can always shrink down in dryer, so my advice is don't go by the weight, but HEIGHT
