Is it just me or is this gi a little bit shiny?
Tried ordering the 2 pairs of 93brand shorts for the second time and for the second time was told I couldn't get these shorts because of a mistake on BJJHQ's part. Just got an email today and was going back and forth with the customer service rep. As soon as I let her know this was the 2nd time (I have all emails to prove this), I stopped hearing back. I just want these shorts. This customer service has been a nightmare. Please someone actually get back to me. Don't want to have to email back and forth for literally WEEKS like last time.
Same issues. No response weeks later. I just want my damned bloodsport spats. Customwr aervice has taken a real shitter

P - customer support said on your first order you provided an old shipping address and the item was sent to the address you provided. On the recent order the item was oversold. Support has responded multiple times. I apologize for the issue. The item oversold means we physically don't have the units, support can't get it to ship to you. Jason - we can't find any open email about bloodsport spats, maybe it went to spam? Can you email cs@bjjhq.com with subject bloodsport and whatever the issue is?
