I bought one of the venum elite light gis a couple weeks ago. It has a manufacture defect. Ive sent emails to bjjhq and venum with no help resolution. Can anyome give me sole guidance of where i go from here? As of now i have a go hanging in my closet i cant use.
Youre screwed. Ive had terrible customer service from both venum and BJJHQ. Its just a risk you have ti take for the dope price range
Tell me about it, I bought a Hyperfly duffel bag from bjjhq as well. Same thing, told me to contact Hyperfly. In the end, both just brush me off saying that they did not make any mistake. When clearly the one they show was blue and what I gotten was black. I even attached the photos in the mail, but of no use.
