Ordered the Navy blue one over a week ago and still waiting for tracking information...
I don't think they give you that. I ordered a gi a couple months back and it just showed up a couple weeks later.

Check your junk email. All of my tecking info has gone there.
If you're referring to Navy MK4 they all shipped between Nov 25 and Nov 27th, many show delivered, some show delivery for this week. USPS is closed today so if you haven't gotten yours you'll probably see it tomorrow or Friday. Check spam folders if you didn't get tracking.
They told me it was sent DHL and provided a tracking number. The number doesn't exist in the DHL system

Already did that. According to DHL that tracking number doesn't exist. This was my first time ordering from here and it might be my last after this experience.

Ordered the Venum Absolute Gladiator 2 weeks ago and haven't had anything from BJJHQ. This is a international order coming to Australia. Makes me nervous when I order something and dont receive a email in regards to order or postage tracking
Yea, im having the same issues as the others in the thread. I ordered a product a few weeks back and i was given a tracking number, but it says the tracking number doesnt exist. I was just hoping it arrives soon.

I’m in the same boat. Ordered item weeks ago, got a bunk tracking number. I’ll never buy anything from here again, and I’ll adamantly discourage others at my academy from doing so as well. With bjj being such a small community I’d think you’d protect your reputation by disclosing that tho discounted, your item may never show or may take MONTHS to arrive.
I have been buying gear here for years. The gear always shows up. Contact bjjhq directly, they bend over backwards to help.
