Is there a huge difference between Gis for women and Gis for men? I have a womens Gi at the moment but really need to buy a second one.. is there much difference between the two?

There's a little difference in the fit. For many women men's gis fit fine, but it depends on body type.

Are those patches or embroidery on the shoulders. Also the size calculator says i'm an A5, but all my other gi's are A4,, (Shoyoroll, Breakpoint, CTRL) and fit me great. I am 6'2" 280

I want to get this one, but I need a solid black gi with no embroidery. Patches are ok because I can take them off.

There are patches on the shoulder. No bling here, just a reasonably priced, decent and light weight gi.

I got a black Fuji about 2.5 years ago and I loved it, but it shrank almost a full size and was about 3 inch short at the wrist, and short at the waist. I have heard Fuji gi since then don't shrink as much. Other then the shrinking issues, it was a great gi. Had partners say they hated it because it was hard to grip. I think because it was smooth compared to most other gis

I have had this black Tatami for about a month now and rolled and washed 5 times. It has shrunk some, but not nearly as much. Prob my favorite gi right now. So comfortable, soft and smooth. I am 6'1.5 and 180 lb and got the A3, it was a little big at first, but has shrunk just right.

This is great for the money. It is a nice summer or starter gi. Dries real quick and has held up well.

Any one know how this fits? I have an A2 but the pants are a tad bit long but the top is perfect. I also have a A3 of another brand and my only complaint with that is the sleeves are a little long. Suggestions?

I'm 5'8 and a half inches, 120 lbs. Pretty lanky, do you think the A2 will suffice?

I'm having some trouble finding reasonably priced gis in A1L.
Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
