What does the kanji mean?

I am a white belt, i am just asking if this rashguard is considered a ranked rashguard? i love this design but don't want to accidently wear it in class and be reprimanded for wearing the wrong color. thank you.

5'6 almost 5'7 and 145 lbs small fit perfect almost a little loose. Havnt washed yet.

5'6'', 122 lbs. Ordered a size Small last time it was up and it fit relatively loose. I still use it all the time. Love the design.

I bought white FUJI long sleeve rashguard once and felt it was extremely hot when I roll. I have long sleeve underarmour and it isn’t as hot. Would this one be hot?
