How accurate is the fit of these? I've ordered MMA shorts before and it seemed that they tend to be a lot wider so I needed to order a smaller size. I usually wear size 31 in pants but I was assuming that I should order these in 30. Could I return them if they're too small?
They're true to size. If you wear 31" pants, I'd order these is 32". There are no returns on BJJHQ.
I've always been a 32" waist. A few months ago I ordered this exact same item from this site and they were waaaaay to small on me. I actually gave them away. If you're a 32" waist, make sure you order a bigger size or you'll be stuck!!
