Got these last time, They rule!
I picked up a pair of these in the XL size last time they were featured - I'm 6'0" and about 220lbs and found that they were a little long for my preference but still fit and wore just fine, the tiny bit of slack isn't noticeable while rolling. I also have a pair of the Scramble Rainbow spats in the L size, they're still comfortable for me (I have big quads/hams/calves) but at the edge of the tight side of 'compression fit'. Hope this helps you decide on a marvelous pair of Scramble spats!

The half waist detail is confusing on the sizing chart. Is a medium a standard 33 inch waist? I am 5 10, 180-185 lbs. Should I get a M or a L?

I would guess a small possibly a medium depending on leg size given the stuff I have bought in the past.

I will trade my new, never used L Rainbow spats for these in medium. my calves are just too skinny for the large :(
