I am 6 5’ and 300lbs size 38 waist and the A5 fits me perfect. It will shrink down a little if you dry it. I think the A4 may be to small across the back.

I believe it is 275gsm. It'll be the lightest give you have ever tried, I highly recommend it as one of my favorites.
