White Gi's shrink more than colored Gi's so go with a bigger size and shrink it if you need to
This gi shrinks a LOT. Be careful! This gi may not be suitable for someone your size. When I had this gi I was 5'8" 225 and the jacket was to small for me. http://whitebeltacademy.blogspot.com/2011/04/blue-and-white-gameness-air-gi-review.html This was the first review I ever did so it is not very good but most of the points are still valid. i have to agree with jooyoung lee it is a really bad gi sorry to say
