I am 5'10", 250lbs. A Ronin A4 fits perfect in the jacket, but the pants are big. Any help on the size here? Would an A4 be too small? I am big in the arms and shoulders.

my main concern is the shrinkage. 5'10" 165? A3 or A4 to allow for shrinkage?

I have the black gameness air gi, the pants are baggy but may be a little short if you have long legs. The top fits perfect 4 me, alot of my other gi's sleeves were 2 short out of the package & or after 1st couple of washes

I have to agree with u. I have a black one. The top is perfect after one wash and dry, but the pants are still way too baggy. It seems like its shrinking in length. Not its bagginess. This feel like Aikido pants. Haha

5'10 190lbs, should I go for the A3 or A4. I like to drip dry my gis, so shrinkage shouldn't be a huge issue

I would go with the A3, I have one and I'm 185 6'3. The pants come up above my ankles and it's a tight but it is not uncomfortable. If anything it is harder for other people to grab.

Definitely go with the A2. I have this same gi and am about 5'9 180 lbs and it fits great. I thought I would need an A3 but the jacket would have been a little long on me. A2 should fit you perfect!

This gi shrinks. I have an A4 that is smaller than some A2's that I own. That's the jacket, the pants are like circus tents though.

I agree with the above comment. This gi shrinks alot. The pants are my favorite for summer. I use them with every gi I have, even my Hayabusa. I tailor all my gis also, to prevent the tent feel.

I think it's possible because I remember reading that someone did it to a Gameness Elite gi. They are sewn on so you can do it but it may take a some time. I've also read that the white gis tend to shrink more than expected so you may want to order a size up from what you usually get.

Yes you can. I took them off my black one. The stitching is pretty big so it's easy to remove them.

From what I've read about this gi, you should order a size up from your usual side because the white gis tend to shrink more than expected. These sizes are the same as the Elite gi. I'm 6' 210. I just got a Gameness Elite. It's a little large. It shrank a little the first two washed and fits nice.

Excellent. This is my favorite Gi. I have used it, washed & dried it (low heat) and used it again in the same day; multiple times. It still looks brand new. Buy one size larger than normal as they shrink. I wear an A2 normally but bought an A3. Just bought two more.

Thanks. My other white gi is trashed. The only other gi I have is a Kauai Kimonos Ripstop gi, which isn't competition legal unfortunately.

In terms of it falling apart, it doesn't. But it's also not the greatest quality gi out there. Has one of the worst collars in my opinion. $80 is a fair price for it though.

    A3.

At 185 lbs the A2 will probably be a little too restricting especially around your shoulders/upper body.

Roughly the same size, the size chart says A4 though for 5'10 185. Is that going to be too big? Would an A3 be way too small?

I would go for the A3. I'm 6'0" 175 and the A3 fit perfectly, except the sleeves were a tad short...

My suggestion is A2 over the A3.

A3 might be a little longer, but it'd be pretty loose if you're 135 lbs.

My opinion: Go for the A2 and do not put it in the dryer to avoid sleeve shrinkage.
