Yeah. It is a shame not shipping to Puerto Rico when you can ship to Hawaii. Is basically the same and is the same US postal service.

You should start shipping to PR. Trust me, you'd make money out of us. BJJHQ.com is the best option out there, even when we buy gis from retail stores down here.

How much can I expect this gi to shrink? I'm right at the A3 A4 split for both height / weight.

Fuji tends to be cut smaller than other gis I've gotten. My Atama is an A2 and roomy. My Fuji A2 was snug out of the package. I ended up buying new pants. I'd say go A4 or maybe A5 even.

They shrink quite a bit. My atama a4 is just right for me (a bit baggy), I barely fit in my fuji a4 (black). Granted I don't really take care of my gi, I just throw them in to the laundry with the rest of my clothes, so your milage may vary.

i only have 2 gis and they are both fuji, blue and white. if u toss them in the dryer they will shrink an insane amount in the sleeves. one of mine was at my wrist and is literally now about 2 to 2 and a half inches from my elbow

if u hang dry it in the shade, it won't shrink much

I'm 5'11" 180 pounds, I wear an A3 and it is almost perfect could be a tad longer. These gis are awesome, I own three of them.

Also, I put my gi in the dryer after the very first wash and hang after that. Still golden.

I've never owned a Fuji gi. How do the sizes run? I'm 5'10" 240lbs. What's recommended for that?

    Here is a review

this was my first gi, very awsome too!

    Im 5'8 155lbs and have the A2, I shoulda got an A3

It will shrink if you put it in the dryer. I suggest getting a larger size and keep drying in the dryer untill it fits perfectly. At one point it fit me LIKE A GLOVE.

But I got lazy threw it in the dryer a few times after, n there that went. But still the sleeve is only 4 fat fingers away from my wrist bone

As long as you hang dry after you shrunk it you will be fine.

Hope that helps people because this is a good, strong, inexpensive gi.

I'm considering buying this gi, but I'm curious if anyone can help me out with sizing.
I'm a 5'5" 160lb average build (to slightly thick build) female.
I currently have an A2 in a pre-shrunk Ultra Light Vulkan Gi, but it's actually too big and won't shrink any further.
