Does anyone have this gi im seriously considering purchasing but wondering about shrinkage and overall durability.
I have this gi and it is one of my favourites. It has had minimal shrinkage after a year of cold water washes and air drying. For context I am 5-07 and 147lbs and the A1 fits me perfect. In my opinion 93 Brand gis fit the best.
I also have this gi. It is so sick and by far my favorite one. Really light weight and comfortable, used about once a week over a year and a half and has held up great. Also minimal shrinkage. For reference, I'm 5'11 165 lbs and ordered the A1L. It was aggressive because I like a more fitted look, and it might be too small for comp standards. But still really good
Will the Standard Issue or Hooks be going up in the near future?
Anyone worried about this gi turning pink in the wash? I hate white gis that have anything close to red as I seem to keep getting burned and end up with lovely light pink
The inside is sublimated and won't color bleed
With first wash add a cup of vinegar to lock in the colors :)
A1F is A1 Fit? Im 5’7 and 125-130. I usually have some trouble finding a good fit for the top
