Heads up ladies, these weren't a great fit for me. I'm not sure what the issue is exactly. I'm 5'10" and 180. The XL fit around my waist no problem but they were extremely tight around my thighs. I'm sure they fit some folks perfectly, but if my description sounds like your body type, be aware.
The sizing on these is not friendly for muscular builds, i had a similar issue fitment wise a while ago.
Hi Ellen, We changed the womens cut, they are the same on the last run and this one, but different than the previous runs. Which pair did you get?
@RC - Like Aaron mentioned above, the fit was changed and improved (as of late 2019).

My spats are usually M, board shorts usually S, jeans size 31, any size recommendations?
They run a little big. If you have a 33 inch waist, get a 32 imo
