I am not sure about their “Standard Issue” but absolutely love their Hooks V4 gi’s. I imagine they are the same quality and look to be near identical specs. I have multiple V4’s and wear them more frequently than any other of my gis.

I have a Gameness Pearl Weave Gi and a 93 Brand Hooks V3. The Gameness Gi is a bit on the heavier side while the V3 is lighter and more comfortable. Both have survived their rolling sessions. Personally I prefer the Gameness because I like a heavier Gi. I would recommend getting 93 Brand especially at that price.

For me personally, all my 98 brand gear fits perfect. The apatta never ride or fall. The rash guards the same. Gis fit like intended. But everyines differant.

Our club supplies 93 brand gis to all the coaches. No complaints. Theyre perfectly on par with any other mid-priced gi as far as I can tell. Mine fits great, and its held up as well as any so far.

Fuji is unexciting but always well made. I haven’t seen a Gameness in ages. 93 brand are great Gis and a lot of bang for the buck. My Hooks are slimmer, the Standard Issue are more roomy.

A0H will not be tight in the chest. This is their only size I wear because of my stocky wrestler build.

We have the same measurements. I ordered the “Goose Feather” a couple weeks ago in A1L based on their recommendation. After a cold wash and hang dry the jacket fit great but the pants are too snug. Now I’m stuck with it.

If the standard issue ever drops in the blue or black I’m going to order the A2 and hope for the best.
