Think A1L then maybe? I'm usually skeptical of getting gi's where I'm at the lower end of the weight chart.

A2. I'm 5'7" and 155lbs. A1 is perfect on me
A1L. A2 if you like a more relaxed fit.
Like George said a1l if you like fitted a2 will give you room to shrink to fit
How does it conpare to the Hooks V3?
Same cut, the jacket and pants use different materials, the jacket is a 450 GMS and the pants are a really comfortable twin twill.
