Are these high rise for the women’s cut?
Man, no 36s. I wear a select zero 34 pants with a belt needed. Do you guys think a 34 will suffice?
You should be good. These have some wiggle room due to the stretchier material.
So I'd like to get a pair for my son but I would like more info on the kids sizing not every 12 year old is the same 😊

There's enough stretch that either fit. I'd say go 32", but it's personal preference.

They've got some stretch to em so you can safely go with 34.
I'm in the same category as you , I usually get the "shorter" shorts in 34 and don't have any issues.

I've got two pairs of the new style womens shorts and love them but if you're used to baggier fit old school MMA shorts (or used to wearing 28" mens shorts) DEFINITELY err on getting the bigger size. I'm 5'1" and about 120lbs, size 4-6 in jeans, and I like the large.
