I purchased a size A2 kitsuni black heros gi and was charged twice. i know this because my paypal account has two charges in the activity. however i never received any order details from BJJHQ and do not see it in my order history on the BJJHQ app or website. can you please assist with this matter? none of my emails have been responded to either.
