Just fyi homie! Got the unbleached the other week in A3. I'm just shy of 6'2 and 220 lbs. Fits very well but I could have been comfortable in the A3S even though I'm pretty bulky. The gi is quite roomy in sleeves, legs, and especially torso even though I'm a bulky dude. Hope that helps!

And yeah I think it might depend when you wash. If you've let the gi accumulate skin oil, grime, etc for a few classes, with a thorough wash it will certainly turn water brown; this is true of basically any linen like dish cloths etc.

As for bleaching, why would you bleach it? It's also possible, though I don't actually know, that the natural colour could bleed off in a thorough wash/bleach/boiling water.

Also, I really appreciate HQ staff jumping in on the convo! Would like to see more.

I'll say this: the Kitsune (93 Brand) gis have MUCH better rise on the waist than panda pants. Love my panda gis but my 93 Brand (which is Kitsune) have so much better rise on the waist which means I don't have to wear them ultra low just so much twig n berries aren't bunched. I think you'll dig.
