The last issue I had before I escalated it to Paypal was in an email chain where I replied on Mon, Oct 18, 11:42 AM, still with no response.

This was concurrent with another issue that had to be dealt with where it took 8 days to issue a refund after an item was received by the warehouse, because the wrong Gi was sent out and no replacement was available. The overall process here took nearly a month to resolve with no followup unless I emailed first.

Should be quite simple to look at my account here, see my email address on file and look up my order/customer service history.

You guys have bigger issues than emails not being replied to.
