Posting again to warn others of how customer service is currently handling things. Think twice before buying anything from BJJHQ. I placed two orders of armbar soap in March. Customer service said the shipper lost it and issued one refund in late April. They said there was a glitch while processing the second refund of the same amount. It's now July and I still haven't received my money. Customer service is stating they owe me a lower amount than I paid and is blaming accounting. They have given no timeline on when I'll get it. They offered to send "free" gear if accounting doesn't respond, but nothing about it is free until I get my refund or something worth more that the value of how much I paid. I get that times are tough, but they still list products every day. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service.

@Arron Rubin-The order numbers are BJJ547405 and BJJ547407. Not sure which order was was refunded and which wasn't, but I was informed of the technical issue May 19th. Katelyn Peterson has been the person I've been in contact with from BJJHQ. She just emailed me this morning (PST) and said accounting finally got back to her and that they are going to send a check. The way our conversations have been going, I don't think that would have happened if I hadn't posted on here. Hoping to finally receive my refund and thanks for looking into it if that's what happened.
