It can definitely fit that all but getting a full sized towel might be rough. Maybe a smaller towel will fit. I'm a travel nurse and I put two Gi in there along with medical supplies and mouth guards. It's one of the best bags I own and I finally upgraded to the Hyperfly pro comp duffel bag.
