It's cheaper than an energy drink per serving with better ingredients. Also doesn't have beta alanine which I despise and has natural energy boosters. Along with the caffeine. If you think of it as that, then yes it is good. I wouldn't consume that much caffeine past 2pm though. Half life of caffeine is 5-6 hours so you won't sleep well.
