Hi, I placed two orders on 9/6 Order #BJJ875406 and Order #BJJ875551 and I have not received either of them. I emailed on 10/6 and again on 11/3 but haven’t received a response. I also sent a message on Instagram but only received an automated reply.
Can you please provide an update on the status of my orders?

Same here, bro. I ordered two of Arm Bar soaps on 9/6 and was emailed a receipt. I never received my orders. I emailed them 3 times with no response and sent a message on IG , but nothing.
