93brand XL Pearl Weave Duffel Bag (Olive Drab)

Bought this bag last summer through 93 Brand's site, and overall it's decent. Unfortunately after about 6 months of usaged (2-3 days per week) the velcro on the handle has worn off and is unusable now. Maybe I got unlucky with my bag, but I wouldn't recommend based off that.

I'm 5'4 and about 130lbs, so I'm at the top end of A0. I'm wondering how much shrinkage is expected from these GIs? I cold wash, and air dry my GIs all the time.
