Actually just the pants and the shoulder panel in the jacket are cotton/poly. The rest of the jacket is 100% cotton.

If you wear a 32" inseam pant, then you should be ok, otherwise A3 pant might be a tad long.

Our gis don't shrink that much. you could shrink it maybe 1" in length if you nuked it in the dryer

What's your height/weight/waist size/inseam length?

You can use the 130lbs-150lbs as a guideline. Once you're in the 150lbs range we typically request more information to recommend a proper size.
