manto has weird sizes.. i'm 220 5'11' but my friend's mediums and smalls have fit me just fine (i like my rashies a little tight anyways).. maybe I should just order a medium or large at most? I hate loose arms on a rashie

I bought them off here last time they were up. Great cup for jiu jitsu, just enough protection for incidental groin shots while grappling. While striking I doubt it would do anything, its made of a gel like material. The shorts totally blow, the switching tears the first time you wear them or any time you stretch them too much. Also, when using the compression shorts my nuts hang out of the bottom of cup, basically voiding the whole point of the cup. Jaco and diamond are great cups for striking imo but extremely uncomfortable while grappling. I use this cup with some supporters I bought at sports authority and it works fine like that. I should've of bought the cup with the 2 supporters for $22, would've been a way better deal. But nonetheless, I paid $30 for this last time it was up and I got my money's worth. The shorts rip but I've used them about five times and they're still good to go.
