I got a Cageside MMA men's long sleeve from here in small. The bust and sleeve length fits fine, but it's a bit loose in the torso area.

I was hoping these would run a bit small, but I guess I'll wait until they get it in stock again and hope they stock it in small. *hint hint Aaron* :3 Thanks!

I have the women's Manto long sleeve rashie and I got it in large. I, too, wear medium in female tops and small in men's (adult's) tops. The Manto rashguard fits well, but it was pretty snug around the bust even using a sports bra(I'm a 36C and 160lbs). So this time I ordered an extra large. I'd say if you have any doubts, go a size up.

I got this for my ex-boyfriend; he's 6'1" 230lbs and the L fit him, but was a little snug. If you like slim fit, but not tight, I'd say get the large.
