Different glitch (Kitsune Mod Backpack was duplicated so it kept bouncing back to the previous location of the first Mod Backpack). After the current item (blue Kitsune Gi) it should bump forward to the point where it kept bouncing back (which is item 132, the Tatami Sun & Moon Longsleeve Rashguard)
