is there any way we can track our orders? whenever i click on the "track order" it just brings up an order summary with its shipping status saying shipped
This works for me (iPhone). screenshot the order status section. go to photos and select the tracking number. itll either pull up usps by itself or you can copy and paste the tracking number. hope that helps

Are you checking the order on mobile or app? As others mentioned, certain carriers might not automatically pull up tracking info within the mobile app so trying via desktop should work.
