If you're into getting a meticulously designed and engineered competition gi, check out this gi.$70
Is the $15 shipping overseas here to stay? It used to be $45 shipping to Australia for a gi which kind of killed the deal..
That was totally a mistake. Fixed now. Gis cost $45 to ship to Australia, I know of no way to get them their reliably for less. Whoever got this gi with $15 shipping internationally... Good for you! It's a great gi and you got an even better deal.
I am 5'7'', 180 pounds. Should I get a A1 or A2?
A2
Ok, thanks.
Does this gi come with a belt?
I do not believe this one comes with a belt. A lot of gi do but only white belts, most gyms have a ton of white belts laying around. My wife ordered one a while back it is pretty nice.
Belt not included.
$15 postage to outside the US?????
To the uk it is $40 eddy
Thanks David.
is it possible to get a A4 jacket A3 pants?
Grab & Pull Gis are already packaged as full sets, no mix/matching available.
okay cheers for that info
I'm 6'1 and 175 lbs. wondering if anyone can give me a suggestion on these.
I would say A2...might be a bit short on the sleeves but gives your opponent less to grab onto lol. just make sure to hang dry and not heat dry
Rami is correct, you're risking short sleeves if you go with the A2. My advice is A3, and if it's too loose try drying it with heat for 10 minute intervals until you get the desired fit. You've got A3 height and A2 weight, so each size will have its merits. I'm 6'2" 175 lbs so I have the same problem. My thoughts are a Gi with sufficient length and little roominess (A3) usually works better than a Gi with a fitted body but short sleeves and highwater pants (A2).
is it light? I am still trying to figure out the weights based on gsm.
The pants are a light ripstop, jacket is a medium-light pearl weave.
