Do these fit men and women? Is there a size chart anywhere?
Type in clinch gear scattered shorts. Of the choices that the browser brings up go to the actuall clinch gear website, in the bottom right corner is an icon for a sizing chart. These would probably be a little long on the average female. Hope this helps.

None of the clinch shorts that I have are equipped with a draw string.
