Wow. After seeing the customer service from the Badger Boys for this sale I will be buying a badger kimono in the future. I don't need one but seeing great customer service makes me feel like I should kick these guys a sale.

Thanks, Peter. We know that people work hard for their money and everyone wants to feel like they are getting a good deal and being treated well. Also, I think BJJHQ does a great job of helping us keep you informed with the message board right out here where we can answer questions and get back to you fast. Hope we can get you into a Badger Gi in the future.

Yeah, $41 to ship to Canada. $140 is the original retail for that gi, and still a great price IMO. Let me know & we'll work out the details directly.

Their other gis are super light. Not sure if this is as light, but I'll take the chance.

Hey there Jeff ... James from Badger Kimonos here. The A2 won't be too tight. One of our guys we used to test this gi out is only a couple of inches taller than you and is a wide-bodied strength and fitness instructor at our gym and it fits him well. I think the pants may need to get shrunk down a little at first, but the top should fit great. Thanks for the inquiry.

Is this ibjjf approved? The embroidery near the cuff and patch on the calf give me cause for concern. Looks sweet though, seriously considering it.

Hey there ... James from Badger Kimonos here. This is the first time we've had the embroidery this close to the end of the sleeve, but we don't think it should be an issue. If you look at some of the older Ouano gis out there, they have the same thing and they are IBJJF legal. We've done the embroidery on the calf on the Crush and it is IBJJF legal. I wore my Crush at Masters and Seniors Worlds and it was fine. Thanks for the inquiry. I think you'll really like this gi.

Hey Guys and Gals, Damon from Badger Original Kimonos here. I will be checking in periodically to answer questions, etc. You can post your questions here or on our Facebook page and I will get back to you ASAP. FYI, this gi runs slightly long. Generally, you will be safe ordering your usual gi size.

Like any gi, it will shrink to some degree. How much is determined by your first wash. Personally, I count on my gi shrinking to fit. I am slightly shorter than an A3, so my first was is pretty warm/hot in order to shrink some length out of the pants and arms. The hotter the wash and subsequent dry, the more it will shrink. Wash in cold and hang dry for minimal shrinkage.
