I'm about the same size. I took the A2, just so if it's too big I can shrink it. If the A1 is too small you kinda get screwed.

I've ordered many things from here, some of my stuff took less than a week, one item took three weeks. I had the same issue with the shipping saying pre shipment or arrived at a nearby city for a few days. Be patient, I'm sure it will arrive :)
