Yup! Completely agree. This was my first Gi and I still use the heck out of it. Not the lightest but it will hold until the end of times. You can't beat the price. I believe they come with two lapel patches on the side if not mistaken, I know mine did.

Does it shrink a lot? I love the fit of the 2.0 in an A2 size. It shrinks just enough, about 1/2 inch. I only do cold and air dry. I'm 5'10" - 175-180lbs

I'm 5'10 pushing 180lbs and I wear Fuji A3 and shrink it down to my liking. Even with the Sekai, but I was careful with the pants. I just dry them for half the time because they run small. But the all around Fuji and shrunk them and it was perfect after that. For all other Gis, I wear A2.

Yeah, it looks like they run small - it sounds like I will need Large which is weird because I always wear Medium for my waist size in everything. I guess I'll listen to the crowd, Large it is.

Venum Giant Rashguard

Much, much thicker than those you've mentioned. Also it runs a bit small, and because of the thickness it does not stretch much at all. I would recommend buying one size bigger. I normally wear L, 5'10" pushing 180lbs and this was very small on me, had to return it. Great rash guard though, built like a fortress.

To any new BJJ student out there wondering about this Gi, this is an excellent Gi to have in your arsenal. It is super durable and excellent Gi for the price. Do yourself a favor and get one. It is a bit heavy but this is not always a bad thing.

It's a great gi man, one of my fav for sure. I have it in black and I paid full price for it. I think it was like $160 last summer, so this is a really good deal IMO. I would get it but I have five gis already.

Yes (shrink), I have this one in black. I'm 5'10 175-180lbs athletic built with 32in waist as well; get the A3 and shrink. Be careful with the pants, they run smaller than the victory's, but I'm 5'10". This is what I did: Cold washed it, threw it in the drier at normal heat. Pull the pants out a quarter into the cycle, then pull the top half way through the cycle and that was good for me. If you want a tighter fit, then you might want to do the full cycle, but I would start with half at first on the top.

blue royal, not navy royal... that's kind of contradicting hahahaha sorry. Regardless, this is an awesome Gi. It feels super soft on the skin and very light, great for those long marathon roll days on the mat. I think this is a steal for the price, you won't be disappointed.
